    2. Order & Insert Your CGM
    You’ll get guidance on choosing and applying your CGM, plus setup support with the app and tracking process.

    3. Start Tracking Your Baseline
    For the first two weeks, you’ll eat, move, and live as normal while I help you observe how your body responds to meals, sleep, stress, and activity, no changes yet, just insight.

    4. Meet 3 Times Throughout the Month
    We’ll connect at the beginning, midpoint, and end of your month to review your data, identify patterns, and make targeted, personalized adjustments.

    5. Get Feedback 3x per Week
    I’ll review your CGM data 3 days per week and send feedback so you can make real-time changes without daily overwhelm.
